Cancelation Policy

If you complete the online registration form, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

You can reschedule/cancel your appointment anytime within a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.

You must email at beautyundwellnessklinik@gmail.com or call to our given numbers to cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time for a one-time courtesy rebooking, afterward a cancellation the charge of €50 will be applied.

No show is a strict full charge of service.

Please call/email ahead if you know you will be running late otherwise you may lose a portion of allocated time for your service.

Refusal

We reserve the rights to stop/refuse service for any
reason or request medical clearance from your physician.

Please clearly communicate and disclose any
relative information for a safe environment.

Gift Vouchers

May be transferred. Expired within 90 days of
purchase. Not redeemable for cash.
